Overview

Anthena is an AI-powered business operations and workforce platform based in Lagos, Nigeria — an all-in-one operating layer for growing companies and startups. The product brings together smart work planning (AI roadmaps from project descriptions), talent sourcing and matching without freelance bidding wars, delivery coordination pipelines, and operational workflows with escrow. As frontend developer, I shipped the product UI in Next.js: Tailwind CSS for a coherent design system, Framer Motion for purposeful motion, and accessible Radix / shadcn-style primitives for polished marketing and in-app surfaces. The platform offers a free tier alongside Pro upgrades, with early-access waitlist and referral credits for teams getting started.
